The Camera Company has three locations serving the Madison area since 1977. We have a knowledgeable staff that love the technical aspects and the joy of photography.

Canvas Prints 

We can scan your digital photos, family portraits and children’s artwork and put those photos on canvas, transforming them into a masterpiece you can hang right on your wall without any framing. You can even bring in an existing limited edition or wildlife print and have it converted to a large canvas print.

Stretcher frame sizes
Prints on the ¾” inch deep stretcher frame are suitable for hanging with or without a frame. Prints on the 1 ¼” deep stretcher frame are meant to be hung without a traditional frame.

Canvas Types

• Gallery Wrap

  • Gallery Wrap is our most popular canvas selection --  it offers a clean, elegant look. There is no need to frame with this style of canvas. The front of the finished canvas photo will have the image slightly cropped because some of the image must be devoted to the to the edge wrap. The canvas stretcher frame is 1 ¼” thick.

• Standard Wrap

  • Stretched canvas is the perfect when you plan to enhance your canvas print with a frame. The canvas stretcher frame is 7/16" thick and fits into most traditional decorative frames. There is no need for a mat or glass with this style of canvas.

• Gallery Wrap - Color Border

  • Gallery Wrap with a Color Border may be the right digital canvas selection if you have a hard-to-crop image. All you do is add a color background to your image which will act as a mat that stretches over the sides of the frame. Choose any color you like or we can select a color from within the image itself. This is a clever way to incorporate the hues of your canvas print into the overall color scheme of a desired room.
