Communities

Outdoor Recreation

Ozaukee County offers year-round recreation for the entire family. From sport fishing, boating, canoeing and large marinas to camping, hiking, and cross country ski trails and more, outdoor enthusiasts will find a variety of  fun activities. A favorite attraction for everyone is the new  Ozaukee Interurban Trail which runs 27-miles and connects Ozaukee County's parks, historic sites, communities, restaurants, shops and other areas of interest. Walkers, joggers, bicyclists, in-line skaters, cross-country skiers and wildlife viewers all enjoy this popular paved trail. Golfers will discover several of Wisconsin's best golf courses in the county.
